Abstract
patente de invenção: ferramenta de puncionar. a presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de puncionar (1), especialmente uma linha de corte (1), para partir ou perfurar materiais planos, bem como a uma produção da ferramenta. para se obter uma ferramenta de puncionar (1) com melhores propriedades, especialmente no caso de uma adequação automática em uma máquina de puncionar com base plana e/ou rotativa, é previsto de acordo com a invenção que a partir de uma tira de aço tratada termicamente e/ou revenida termicamente, moldada nas faces estreiras com uma parte traseira (2), por um lado, com um perfil convexo na seção transversal ou com um perfil formado por várias regiões convexas sobressaídas (21, 21'), perfil este que apresenta, em alguns locais, transversalmente à extensão longitudinal a perpendicularmente às superfícies laterais, recessos (4) moldados sem levantamento de aparas através de formatação a frio, respectivamente através de estampagem, com expansão livre de material, sendo que a dimensão da expansão (b) é menor do que a espessura da tira de aço (d) e as regiões não deformadas entre os recessos (4) tornam-se plasticamente deformáveis quando a ferramenta entrar em ação.
