Abstract

BEBIDAS PRONTAS PARA BEBER. A presente invenção refere-se a bebidas prontas para beber. Em uma modalidade geral, a presente descrição fornece uma bebida pronta para beber incluindo a água, um componente de cacau, e um sistema de estabilização. O sistema de estabilização tem um componente de celulose incluindo uma mistura de celulose microcristalina e carboximetilcelulose em uma quantidade variando de aproximadamente 0,03% à aproximadamente 1% em peso, uma goma, e um emulsificante variando de aproximadamente 0,09% à aproximadamente 10% em peso. A bebida também pode ser fortificada com uma ou mais vitaminas e minerais.
