Abstract
método e aparelho para ajustar um limiar de símbolo de decisão em um receptor em um rede de comunicação. um método e um aparelho para ajustar um limiar de símbolo de decisão a um receptor de uma rede de comunicação permite que o receptor de ser adaptado para receber mais corretamente símbolos como transmitido por um transmissor. em uma forma de realização, um desequilíbrio bit recebido é detectado por um receptor antes da correção de erros e após a correção de erros para determinar se um componente de erro do sinal recebida contém um maior número de uns ou número maiores de zeros. quando o transmissor codifica o sinal antes da transmissão, o receptor irá também codificar o sinal após a correção de erros e antes da contagem do número de zeros ou uns. qualquer desequilíbrio entre o número de uns transmitidos e recebidos ou zeros é usado como um retorno ao ajustar os valores de limiar utilizados pelos detectores para afinar a maneira em que o receptor interpreta os sinais de entrada.
