Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato y método para la transmisión de datos y un aparato y método para la recepción de datos, en los cuales, la transmisión de datos no comprimidos a través de una red inalámbrica puede ser realizada mediante la retransmisión de un bitio erróneo o un grupo de bits erróneos, si cualquiera de cada subpaquete que incluya un número de bits o un número de grupos de bits tuviera distintos niveles de significancia. El aparato de transmisión de datos incluye un módulo de detección de error que determina si cada una de la pluralidad de porciones de un paquete transmitido que tiene distintos niveles de significancia fuera errónea en función del paquete recibido de respuesta; un módulo de generación de paquete de datos que crea un paquete de retransmisión que incluye una o más porciones erróneas del paquete transmitido de acuerdo con los resultados de la determinación realizada por el módulo de detección de error, y un módulo de comunicación que transmite el paquete de retransmisión a través de un canal de comunicación.
