Abstract
método para aumentar o desenho em alta velocidade de uma estrutura de carcaça em um pneu para rodas de veículo, e, pneu para rodas de veículo. a presente invenção diz respeito a um método de aumentar o desempenho a alta velocidade de uma estrutura de carcaça em um pneumático para rodas de veículo. o método inclui: preparar pelo menos um fio híbrido (13) e montar uma estrutura de carcaça (2) compreendendo pelo menos uma lona de carcaça (3a, 3b) substancialmente construída em cordas (12) compreendendo a fio híbrido (13). o fio híbrido (13) compreende uma pluralidade de filamentos (14a,15a) obtida de um primeiro fio multifilamentos (14) de poliéster e um segundo fio multifilamento (15) com um decaimento do módulo com a temperatura menor que 20%. cada dos primeiros fios multifilamentos (14) e dos segundos fios multifilamento (15) compreende uma pluralidade de filamentos individuais (14a, 15a). os filamentos individuais (14a) do primeiro fio multifilamentos (14) são misturados pelo menos parcialmente em proporção de pelo menos 50% com os filamentos individuais (15a) do dito segundo fio multifilamentos (15).
