patente de invenção: "composições herbicidas que compreendem, e métodos de uso de, pirandionas ativas como herbicida". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de controle de ervas daninhas em safras de arroz, que compreende aplicar o composto a-13, cuja estrutura é ,às plantas ou ao locus das mesmas; um método de controle de ervas daninhas echinochloa e/ou ervas daninhas leptochloa em safras de plantas úteis, que compreende aplicar o composto a-13 às plantas ou ao locus das mesmas; e uma composição herbicida que contém composto a-13. a presente invenção também refere-se a uma composição herbicida que compreende, como ingrediente ativo, uma mistura de a) uma quantidade eficaz como herbicida de um composto de fórmula (i) em que: r¹ e ciclopropila, r² é fenila opcionalmente substituída, r4,r5,r6 e r7, independentemente um do outro, são hidrogênio ou alquila c1-c4, y é o,e g é hidrogênio, um metal alcalino, metal alcalino-terroso, sulfônio ou amônio, ou g é um grupo de latenciação que é c(o)-rª ou c(o)-o-rb; e b) um co-herbicida selecionado do grupo que consiste em fenoxassulfona, ipfencarbazona, propirisslfurona, e n-[2-[(4,6-dimetóxi-1,3,5-triazin-2-il) carbonil]-6-fluorofenil]-1,1-difluoro-n-metilmetanossulfonamida.
