Abstract

estrutura de zona de bojo de alto-forno e método de projeto de zona de bojo de alto-forno a presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de zona de bojo de um alto-forno que consiste em uma estrutura de uma zona de bojo tubular que é proporcionada entre uma porção de tuyere e uma porção de ventre do alto-forno , e tem um diâmetro que se expande para cima ao longo de uma direção vertical , na qual a zona de bojo tem um invólucro de ferro lamelar com formato de anel, uma aduela de zona de bojo de cobre ou de liga de cobre proporcionada na cricuferência interna do invólucro de ferro lamelar , e tijolos refratários proporcionados na circunferência interna da aduela de zona de bojo; a espessura do tijolo refratário na direção horizontal na posição de borda superior da zona de bojo é igual a 50mm a 250mm; a espessura do tijolo refratário na direção horinzontal na posição de borda inferior da zona de bojo é igual a 200mm a 500mm; e ângulo estreito formado entre a superfície da aduela de zona de bojo e o plano horinzontal é igual a 75<198> a 82<198> em uma seção transversal da zona de bojo que inclui a linha axial da mesma.
