Abstract
dispositivo para inteconexão elétrica de células de um conjunto de bateria por meio de conectores de células e conjunto de bateria com esses conectores de células a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para interconexão elétrica de células (12) de um conjunto de bateria (11) por meio de conectores de células (15), e um conjunto de bateria (11) com esses conectores de células (15) distinguem-se como sendo de fácil montagem e funcionamento seguro , pelo fato de que pelo menos uma placa de montagem (16), a ser engatada em uma armação de montagem (17) sobre o conjunto de bateria (11) , de acordo com a medida da especificação geométrica de polos de células a ser interconectadas , está dotada de conectores de células (15) isoladas eletricamente umas em relação às outras, que apresentgam , em cada caso , arcos (19) flexíveis para o encosto elástico de suas regiões de vértice (23) contra as superfícies frontais (26) de polos de células (13) . os arcos (19) , que estão apoiados com um flanco de modo elástico por flexão sobre a placa de montagem (16), são parte de uma grade estampada, que também compreende vias condutoras (32) conectadas com os mesmos em uma peça , por exemplo, para ligação de um manejo de bateria. de preferência , furos (25) estão estampados nas regiões de vértice dos arcos (23) , ao longo de cujos contornos os arcos (19) estão conectados com união friccional ou com ajuste positico, particularmente , soldados a laser , com as superfícies dos polos de células, depois da aplicação da placa de montagem (16) sobre as células. para esse fim , a placa de montagem (16) apresenta coaxialmente e esses furos (25) aberturas de passagem (2) maiores em relação aos mesmos.
