"estimador de dispersão cromática e método para a estimativa de uma dispersão cromática". a presente invenção refere-se a um estimador de dispersão cromática (100, 500) para estimativa de uma dispersão cromática em um bloco de sinal de entrada, que compreende um transformador (110, 530, 531) para transformação do bloco de sinal de entrada em um bloco de sinal transformado em domínio de frequência, um compensador de dispersão cromática (120,145,146) para compensação de uma certa dispersão cromática no bloco de sinal transformado para a obtenção de um bloco de sinal transformado compensado, um transformador inverso (130, 550, 551) para transformação inversamente do bloco de sinal transformado compensado em domínio de tempo para a obtenção de um sinal de sáida, um filtro adaptativo (140, 200, 300, 470) para a filtragem do sinal de saída para a obtenção de um sinal filtrado, e um determinador (150, 580) para determinação com base no sinal filtrado quanto a se certa dispersão cromática corresponde à dispersão cromática no bloco de sinal de entrada.
