Abstract

O sistema para separação de materiais consiste em um conjunto de equipamentos capazes de separar desde minerais, até o óleo cru presente no oceano. Possui concepção arrojada tanto em seu desempenho como em funcionalidade. Sua separadora de minerais será postada em um ângulo de inclinação de 5 a 20 graus, feito por um suporte composto de dispositivos hidráulicos, que possibilitam a coleta dos materiais a ser classificados, com uma capacidade operativa de até 100 toneladas por minuto. Todas as galerias são constituídas em formato de mesas cujas correias flutuam através do jato esguichado por elementos ?spray?, que proporcionam um fluxo intenso e constante de água pelas tubulações dispostas em galerias, como condutores, onde foram projetados todos os percursos dos minerais a serem selecionados, classificados e finalmente colhidos. A separadora de minerais terá um sistema de separação por magnetismo se necessário. Pela necessidade de energia nos locais de separação, um de seus equipamentos obterá energia elétrica através de turbinas hidráulicas, que poderão ser instaladas perto do local da separadora. No caso de ocorrer a separação no fundo do mar, a energia virá de um equipamento de captação de energia através de marés. O sistema de separação de óleo cru do oceano é constituído por uma estrutura simples com material parecido com o de balões ou paraquedas, na qual o óleo sairá do fundo do oceano e subirá até um reservatório de segurança.
