Abstract

"método para lubrificação de rolamentos", apresentado um método para substituição do lubrificante nos rolamentos principais de uma turbina eólica, os rolamentos principais localizados numa caixa tendo pelo menos uma tampa de chapa, a tampa de chapa dos rolamentos é removida da caixa, o lubrificante é removido manualmente dos rolamentos principais e é instalada uma tampa de lavagem na caixa no lugar da tampa de chapa dos rolamentos; a tampa de lavagem tem pelo menos duas partes, ajustando as partes em torno do eixo principal e tendo cada parte um selante para que quando estiver anexada à caixa dos rolamentos, a tampa de lavagem forma um selo com o eixo principal; a tampa de lavagem tem furos permitindo acesso aos rolamentos principais e um solvente oleoso é pulverizado através de um dos furos para dentro dos rolamentos principais para retirar o lubrificante, estando os restantes furos selados por um tampão removível; o solvente ou óleo é bombeado para fora da caixa através de uma saída no fundo da caixa ou tampa de lavagem; o processo é repetido para cada furo e a tampa de lavagem removida, os rolamentos principais empacotados com lubrificante e a tampa de chapa dos rolamentos recolocada; o passo de pulverização envolve bombear solvente ou óleo de um reservatório para o bico de pulverização, e o passo de bombear solvente ou óleo para fora da caixa dos rolamentos envolve bombear solvente ou óleo para o reservatório através de uma mangueira de retorno; isto significa que o solvente ou óleo é reciclado durante a substituição do lubrificante; também é descrita uma montagem para lavagem de lubrificante de rolamentos principais de uma turbina eólica.
