disposição construtiva aplicada em bloco pré-moldado. compreende a presente invenção a uma disposição aplicada em bloco pré- moldado para a aplicação no campo da construção civil, sendo um tipo especial de pré-moldado com aplicações em diversas áreas do segmento, que elimina a utilização do reboco e mão-de-obra especializada para a sua instalação, proporcionando à edificação mais rapidez, economia, segurança, conforto térmico e acústico, facilidade na execução com um acabamento perfeito, constituído de três tipos de modelo parede (1) com face lisa, e um modelo frisado (2), modelo curvo (3) que foram desenvolvidos especialmente para o levantamento de paredes e divisórias, modelo l (4), modelo t (5), modelo pilar (6) e modelo bloco (7) e (8),constructive arrangement applied to precast block. Description
DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM BLOCO PRÉ-MOLDADO. 01 - Refere-se a presente patente de invenção, a uma disposição construtiva aplicada em blocos pré-moldados de concepção inovadora e dotado de melhoramentos tecnológicos e funcionais, fazendo resultar uma serie de reais vantagens praticas e econômicas para a construção civil. 02 - Existem no mercado diversos modelos de tijolos/blocos para a construção civil de tamanhos e formatos variados, estes modelos possuem alguns inconvenientes de como, por exemplo, necessitar de mão de obra especializada no seu assentamento, e a adição de reboco para o acabamento final, instalados com argamassa e posterior chapisco ocasionando grande perda de material com retrabalho e excessiva mão de obra, gerando assim mais custos ao projeto. 03 - Outro inconveniente é referente à acústica, ou seja, não possuem um isolamento adequado do nível de ruídos e principalmente o grande volume de entulho gerado. 04 - Outras propostas já existentes que utilizam painéis modulares de concreto trazem inconveniências como mão de obra especializada e peso, que fazem necessário o uso de equipamentos especiais para sua instalação. Em relação ao uso de técnicas atuais para construção de vigas e pilares o comumente usado são painéis de madeira ou madeirite que estão na contra mão dos ideais de preservação ecológica e de sustentabilidade, uma vez que geram grandes volumes de resíduos não aproveitáveis. 05 - Para a solução destes inconvenientes foi desenvolvida uma nova disposição aplicada em bloco pré-moldado, para a aplicação no campo da construção civil, sendo um tipo especial de pré-moldado com aplicações em diversas áreas do segmento, proporcionando à edificação mais rapidez, economia, segurança, conforto térmico e acústico, facilidade na execução com um acabamento perfeito, além de trazer grandes benefícios ao meio ambiente contribuindo com a sustentabilidade. Esse pré-moldado aplica-se de diversas formas na construção pequena, média e de grande porte, utilizado como pano de parede, como forma para cintas, como forma para pilares, confecção de muros, de arrimos, até mesmo de piscinas. 06 - A disposição aplicada em bloco de pré-moldado, objeto desta patente de invenção, apresenta um pré-moldado produzido inicialmente e preferencialmente de concreto, podendo também utilizar em sua produção outros de tipos de matéria prima tais como: gesso, cerâmica etc., apresenta suas faces totalmente lisas e são confeccionados pronto para receber o acabamento superficial, onde dispensa o uso do reboco, mão-de-obra especializada e equipamentos especiais para sua instalação, de fina espessura e com vazios longitudinais facilitando a passagem de rede elétrica e hidráulica, tornando o produto leve com grande expressividade nas propriedades térmica e acústica, possuindo medidas padrões que se enquadram dentro dos projetos sem a necessidade de alterá-los, ressaltando ainda a facilidade na instalação hidráulica, elétrica e montagem de portas, janelas, vidros ou quaisquer pós- acabamento, uma vez que os módulos são ocos e perfeitamente esquadrejados evitando ao máximo a quebra na instalação ou em futuros reparos, sendo que o possível resíduo que por ventura venha a ser gerado no canteiro de obra poderá ser reutilizado e uma vez triturado, se torna matéria prima para fabricação de novos módulos. 07 - As características do produto permitem seu corte transversal ou longitudinal viabilizando o uso para formas de vigamento e cintamento, tais características tornam o processo construtivo rápido, prático e de baixo custo, 08 - Modulado em formatos variados, apresenta três tipos de modelo parede (1) com face lisa, e um modelo frisado (2), modelo curvo (3) que foram desenvolvidos especialmente para o levantamento de paredes e divisórias, modelo L (4), modelo T (5), modelo pilar (6) e modelo bloco (7) e (8), sendo que os módulos em formato T e em formato L aceleram o processo construtivo e minimiza ao máximo a falha humana no que diz respeito ao esquadro da edificação. 09 - A disposição aplicada em bloco de pré-moldado de concreto poderá ser mais bem compreendida, através das figuras que integram o presente relatório descritivo, contendo inclusive referências numéricas em conjunto com a descrição técnica, sem, contudo restringir sua configuração quanto aos componentes que podem ser substituídos por outros que resultem no mesmo efeito técnico, proporções, dimensões e eventuais tipos de acabamentos inseridos na sua produção industrial, onde: A figura 1 representa uma vista frontal do modulo parede. A figura 6 representa uma vista frontal dos modelos bloco.CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED IN PREMOLDED BLOCK. 01 - This patent refers to a constructive arrangement applied to precast blocks of innovative design and endowed with technological and functional improvements, resulting in a series of real practical and economic advantages for the building industry. 02 - There are several models of bricks / blocks for construction of different sizes and shapes in the market, these models have some drawbacks such as, for example, requiring specialized labor in their laying, and the addition of plaster for finishing finally, installed with mortar and subsequent slurry causing great loss of material with rework and excessive labor, thus generating more costs to the project. 03 - Another drawback is related to acoustics, that is, they do not have an adequate isolation of the noise level and especially the large volume of debris generated. 04 - Other existing proposals that use modular concrete panels bring inconveniences such as specialized labor and weight, which require the use of special equipment for their installation. Regarding the use of current techniques for the construction of beams and columns, the commonly used are wood or wood panels that are against the ideals of ecological preservation and sustainability, since they generate large volumes of unused waste. 05 - To solve these drawbacks, a new precast block arrangement has been developed for use in the field of construction, being a special type of precast with applications in various areas of the segment, providing faster building, economy, safety, thermal and acoustic comfort, ease of execution with a perfect finish, and bring great benefits to the environment contributing to sustainability. This precast is applied in many ways in small, medium and large construction, used as a wall, as a form for straps, as a form for pillars, walls, backings, even swimming pools. 06 - The arrangement applied in precast block, object of this patent, presents a precast produced initially and preferably of concrete, and may also use in its production other types of raw materials such as plaster, ceramics etc. , its faces are completely smooth and are made ready to receive the surface finish, which eliminates the use of plaster, skilled labor and special equipment for its installation, thin and with longitudinal voids facilitating the passage of electricity and making the product lightweight with great expressiveness in thermal and acoustic properties, having standard measures that fit within the projects without the need to change them, emphasizing the ease in the hydraulic, electrical installation and assembly of doors, windows, glass or any post-finishing as the modules are hollow and perfectly squared avoiding maximum breakage in the installation or future repairs, and the possible residue that may be generated on the construction site may be reused and once crushed, becomes raw material for the manufacture of new modules. 07 - The product features allow its cross-sectional or longitudinal section making it possible to use for framing and strapping, such features make the construction process fast, practical and low cost. 08 - Modulated in various formats, presents three types of wall model ( 1) with smooth face, and a beaded model (2), curved model (3) that were specially developed for the lifting of walls and partitions, model L (4), model T (5), pillar model (6) and model blocks (7) and (8), and the T-format and L-format modules accelerate the construction process and minimize human failure with respect to the building square. 09 - The arrangement applied in precast concrete block can be better understood through the figures included in this descriptive report, including numerical references in conjunction with the technical description, without restricting its configuration as to the components that can be replaced by others that result in the same technical effect, proportions, dimensions and possible types of finishes inserted in your industrial production, where: Figure 1 represents a front view of the wall module.
