Abstract

VÁLVULA PARA MOTORES DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA. A presenten invenção refere-se uma válvula (1) para motores de combustão interna, composta por uma cabeça 10, uma região de assentamento 2, uma região de pescoço 3, uma haste 4 e uma ponta 5 da válvula 1, onde a pelo menos uma parte da válvula (1) é aplicado um revestimento (7) de matriz de tungstênio metálico contendo nanocarbetos de tungstênio WC, W~ 2~C. W~ 3~C, W~ 12~C ou uma mistura desses, o revestimento apresentando uma espessura entre 5<109>m e 150<109>m, dureza entre 500HV e 3500HV e sendi aplicado pelo processo de deposição química por vapor (CVD).
