Abstract

"GOMA DE MASCAR, USO DE PELO MENOS UMA ENZIMA, E MéTODO PARA DEGRADAçãO DE UMA GOMA DE MASCAR BIODEGRADáVEL". A invenção refere-se, a uma goma de mascar compreendendo pelo menos um polímero, ingredientes de goma de mascar e enzimas, em que pelo menos um dos referidos polímeros forma um substrato para pelo menos uma das referidas enzimas. De acordo com a invenção, a degradação da goma de mascar compreendendo uma combinação de polímeros biodegradáveis e enzimas é acelerada em comparação com a de uma goma de mascar desprovida de enzimas. Mediante incorporação de enzimas é possível obter uma goma de mascar que se degrada relativamente rápido em comparação com uma goma de mascar, que é exposta a condições ambientais normais.
