Abstract
"CONJUNTO CONFORMáVEL DE ANTENAS DISPOSTO EM CAMADAS". Conjunto de antenas de baixo custo e método de fabricação do conjunto, de forma planar ou em uma estrutura de conjunto estruturalmente flexível ou curvada. O conjunto de antenas possui diversos elementos elétricos metálicos de antena e elementos radiadores formados sobre uma camada de núcleo de espuma fixada a uma camada metálica de base. Os elementos radiadores são preferencialmente formados em uma camada dielétrica condutora delgada fixada à camada de núcleo de espuma. O conjunto pode incluir uma ou mais camadas dielétricas adicionais, cada uma com diversos elementos radiadores parasitas nelas formados, montadas sobre a parte superior dos elementos elétricos. The antenna array has various metallic antenna electrical elements and radiator elements formed on a foam core layer attached to a metal base layer. The radiator elements are preferably formed of a thin conductive dielectric layer attached to the foam core layer. The assembly may include one or more additional dielectric layers, each with several parasitic radiating elements formed thereon, mounted on top of the electrical elements. The manufacture of the assembly preferably includes fixing the layers together. The electrical elements and radiators are preferably etched before the foam core layer is attached to the base layer. The additional dielectric layer and the parasitic radiators are then attached to the electrical elements already formed in the base layer.
