Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA AJUSTAR O GANHO DE LINK REVERSO DOS REPETIDORES EM SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO". Um método e equipamento são descritos para ajustar o ganho de link reverso total entre um repetidor e uma estação base (104). O método e o equipamento geralmente compreendem o ajuste do ganho de link reverso total (800) entre um repetidor e uma estação base compreende a determinação de um ponto de operação para o repetidor; o estabelecimento de um link de comunicação reverso entre a estação base e um dispositivo transceptor dentro de uma área de cobertura do repetidor; a determinação de se um aumento em um ganho de link reverso é substancialmente igual a um aumento em um piso de ruído da estação base, utilizando uma potência de transmissão do dispositivo transceptor; e o ajuste do ganho de link reverso por uma quantidade baseada no ponto de operação e com base em uma diferença nos valores de ganho de link reverso, se o aumento no ganho de link reverso for substancialmente igual ao aumento no piso de ruído da estação base, para ajustar o ganho de link reverso total.
