Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE NúCLEOS REVESTIDOS COMESTìVEIS E NúCLEOS PRODUZIDOS PELO PROCESSO". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de núcleos revestidos com lactitol. O processo produz um revestimento compacto, contínuo, estável e mastigável de lactitol cristalino sobre um núcleo mascável, ao obrigar o lactitol a se cristalizar em uma forma de lactitol do tipo monoidratada. A invenção também se refere a produtos revestidos de lactitol obtidos pelo processo, tais produtos compreendendo gomas de mascar, comprimidos, confeitos, amêndoas e produtos similares.
