Abstract

"CODIFICADOR REDIMENSIONáVEL HìBRIDO, MéTODO E MEIOS PARA FORMATOS DE VìDEO DE ALTA DEFINIçãO E DEFINIçãO PADRãO EM UM úNICO DISCO". Um codificador redimensionável híbrido (100, 600), método, e meios são revelados para processamento de dados de sinal de vídeo como uma pluralidade de coeficientes de transformação de bloco para cada uma entre uma camada de base e uma camada de aperfeiçoamento incluído em um disco de definição padrão duplo e de alta definição.
