Abstract

"MéTODO DE INSTALAçãO DE UM SACO DE BEBIDA ALCOóLICA EM UM RECIPIENTE". O método de instalação de um saco de bebida alcoólica em um recipiente tal como um barril pequeno de cerveja através de uma abertura no recipiente tem as etapas de dobramento do saco em painéis sobrepostos de modo a ter uma área de seção reta capaz de passar através da abertura do recipiente e então inserir o saco dobrado através da abertura e dentro do recipiente. O saco de bebida compreende um primeiro e segundo painéis retangulares possuindo bordas periféricas unidas por soldagem para formar uma primeira costura. Cada painel possui uma área maior do que uma área de seção reta do barril pequeno e os paineis são dimensionados em relação à área de seção reta para permitir que os painéis sejam forçados a se afastarem durante o enchimento do saco de modo a expandir o espaço interno do saco para aproximadamente o volume do barril pequeno. O saco possui um membro de pescoço de abertura passando através de uma abertura do primeiro painel e soldado neste para formar uma segunda costura. A abertura no primeiro painel do saco esta preferivelmente deslocada do centro do painel para reduzir a probabilidade da primeira costura do saco se agrupar e ser puxada de uma única vez através da abertura do barril pequeno durante a extração do saco. Conseq³entemente, menos esforço é aplicado nas costuras durante a extração do saco a partir do barril pequeno e deste modo melhorando o tempo de reciclagem do saco.
