Abstract

"MéTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE EMISSõES". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para remover poluentes do gás de combustão gerado por uma instalação tendo um ou mais queimadores localizados em uma extremidade de entrada de uma chaminé verticalmente estendida (22), o gás de combustão sendo descarregado através de uma extremidade de saída da chaminé (22). Os poluentes são removidos por um sistema de tratamento de emissão (10) que inclui um módulo do componente principal (26) e dutos de entrada (40) e saída (44) provendo comunicações de fluxo entre a chaminé (22) e o módulo do componente principal (26). O módulo do componente principal (26) inclui um segmento do SCR (28), um segmento de trocador de calor (30) e um ventilador de ID (32), o segmento do SCR (28) tendo pelo menos uma unidade de catalisador composta de materiais para seletivamente catalisar ao menos um poluente. O método compreende as etapas de puxar o gás de combustão da chaminé (22) e através do módulo do componente principal (26) com o ventilador de ID (32), remover o poluente do gás de combustão com o segmento do SCR (28) para produzir um gás de combustão limpo, e descarregar o gás de combustão limpo para a chaminé (22) com o ventilador de ID (32).
