Abstract

"TECIDO DE FORMAçãO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS COM UMA CAMADA SUPERIOR DE TRAMAS DUPLAS E UMA CAMADA MéDIA EXTRA DE TRAMAS". Tecido para fabricação de papel que pode ser empregado na seção de formação de uma máquina para fabricação de papel, possuindo três camadas de tramas na direção transversal a máquina (MD). As tramas da camada de formação são agrupadas em pares. Essa união das tramas da camada superior resulta em espaçamento desigual na camada de formação (superior). Esse espaçamento fornece uma não uniformidade desejada na superfície de suporte da trama, dessa forma reduzindo o padrão diagonal do tecido. As tramas da camada de formação são desviadas verticalmente das tramas de camada média e camada de lado de uso, que são verticalmente empilhadas. Esse alinhamento não empilhado reduz o calibre do tecido e diminui o vazio, as tramas fornecem estabilidade extra na CD.
