Abstract

"AMORTECEDOR DE DIREçãO E CONEXãO DE BALANCIM DE TRAVA DE MARCHA à Ré". Um sistema de suspensão/eixo de levantamento dirigível (10) para um veículo de carga pesada tal como um reboque de duas rodas ou um caminhão direto, inclui um par de amortecedores de direção (22) e uma trava de marcha à ré (23) . Os amortecedores de direção (22) minimizam a trepidação das rodas dirigíveis durante a operação na estrada do veículo, e retificam as rodas em tais sistemas de suspensão/eixo dirigível tendo um acessório de levantamento (21) quando o sistema é elevado. A trava de marcha à ré (23) prende as rodas em uma posição reta quando tais sistemas de levantamento são elevados e o veículo está se movendo em marcha à ré, para minimizar os problemas de manobrar o veículo. os amortecedores de direção (22) e a trava de marcha à ré (23) são montados em uma localização fora do tubo de eixo (41) do eixo (14) e nos balancins de sistema de suspensão/eixo (12), para eliminar a tensão no eixo (14) que de outro modo seria causada pela conexão soldada de tais componentes no tubo de eixo (41), desse modo permitindo o uso de tubo de eixo mais leva, menos robusto.
