Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ENCAPSULAR PARCEIROS DE REAçõES CROMáTICAS DISSOLVIDOS, DE SISTEMAS DE REAçõES CROMáTICAS, AS CáPSULAS OBTIDAS DE ACORDO COM O MESMO E SUA UTILIZAçãO EM PAPéIS DE REAçõES CROMáTICAS". é descrito um método para encapsular uma solução de parceiros de reações cromáticas de sistemas de reações cromáticas, presente numa emulsão aquosa, mediante métodos de microencapsulação usuais, sendo que o parceiro de reações cromáticas primeiramente é dissolvido num solvente, e à solução obtida é acrescentado, mediante mistura rápida, um não-solvente que, quando muito, dissolve ligeiramente o parceiro de reações cromáticas, numa quantidade que ajusta uma solução supersaturada, a solução supersaturada, submetida a rápida mistura, é imediatamente emulsionada na fase aquosa e, imediatamente a seguir, é realizada a encapsulação. No solvente é usado um éster alquílico C~ 1~-C~ 8~ de óleo vegetal. Este método apresenta vantagens económicas e tecnológicas. Desta maneira, podem ser produzidas microcápsulas com vantajosa distribuição monomodal estreita das partículas, o que resulta numa capacidade de impressão aprimorada.
