Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA REMOVER PESADOS DE UM DILUENTE RECICLADO PARA UM REATOR DE POLIMERIZAçãO DE SUSPENSãO". Sistema de reciclagem e recuperação e processo compreendendo um separador de gás instantâneo (18) que recebe uma suspensão compreendendo meio líquido e partículas de polímero sólidas (52). O separador de gás instantâneo (18) separa o diluente das partículas de polímero sólidas como uma corrente de vapor compreendendo pelo menos diluente e pesados. Uma tubulação recebe a corrente de vapor (56) do separador de gás instantâneo. A tubulação leva a um sistema de remoção de pesados (20) que produz um líquido que é relativamente concentrado em pesados e um vapor de diluente que é relativamente livre de pesados. O líquido é passado a uma coluna de pesados (32), enquanto o vapor de diluente é passado a uma câmara de reciclagem de diluente (30) e então é reciclado a um reator de polimerização de suspensão (10) sem tratamento adicional para remoção de pesados.
