Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FIXAR METALURGICAMENTE UM TUBO A UM ELEMENTO". A invenção se refere a um método para fixar metalurgicamente um tubo (32) a um elemento (18). Um elemento (18) tendo uma parede (20) é obtido. A parede (20) inclui primeiro e segundo lados opostos (22, 24) e inclui uma extrusão parcial (26) que se estende acima do primeiro lado (22). A extrusão parcial (26) tem um orifício transpassante (28). Um tubo (32) tendo uma porção terminal (34) é obtido. O tubo (32) e o elemento (18) são posicionados com a porção terminal (34) contatando o segundo lado (24) da parede (20) próxima à extrusão parcial (26). Um percurso de corrente de soldagem por resistência é criado através do tubo (32) e do elemento (18) próximo à porção terminal (34) e à extrusão parcial (26), e a porção terminal (34) é relativamente movida para o interior e deformavelmente contra a extrusão parcial (26) criando uma zona de solda (36) que inclui pelo menos alguma da porção terminal (34) e pelo menos alguma da extrusão parcial (26).
