Abstract

"TUBO DE AçO INOXIDáVEL MARTENSìTICO SEM COSTURA E UM MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um tubo de aço inoxidável martensítico, não tendo nenhum defeito de superfície interno e suprimindo a geração de fratura atrasada nas porções trabalhadas com impacto, e um método para fabricação de tal tubo de aço sem costura. Um tubo de aço inoxidável martensítico sem costura, caracterizado por consistir em C: 0,15 a 0,22%, Si: 0,1 a 1,0%, Mn: 0,10 a 1,00%, Cr: 12,00 a 14.00%, P: 0,020% ou menos, S: 0,010% ou menos, N: 0,05% ou menos, O(Oxigênio): 0,0060% ou menos, pelo menos um elemento de ligação selecionado entre V, Nb e Ti de 0,005 a 0,200 % e B de 0,0005 a 0,0100 %, e o saldo sendo Fe e impurezas, satisfazendo ou as inequações (1), (2), (4) e (5) a seguir ou as inequações (1), (3), (4) e (5) a seguir: C* + 10N* <243> 0,45, (1) H1 <243> -0,003(C* + 10N*) + 0,0016, (2) H2 <243>-0,001 8(C* + 10N*) + 0,00096,(3) Cr* <243> 9,0,(4) S <243> 0,088N* + 0,00056,(5)
