Abstract

"1-FENIL-ALQUIL-PIPERAZINAS". Descreve-se compostos da fórmula (I) (R e R~ 1~ são uma ampla série de substituintes, Q é CO, CHOH ou CHOR~ 2~, R~ 2~ é um grupo alquila, alquenila ou ciclo-alquila, cada um sendo opcionalmente substituído ou é alcanoíla, alcanoilóxi, amino-carbonila, alquil-amino-carbonila, dialquil-amihocarbonila, amino-tiocarbonila, alquil-amino-tiocarbonila ou dialquil-amino-tiocarbonila, R~ 3~ é H, um grupo alquila, alquenila, alquinila, ciclo-alquila, arila ou heterociclo, cada um dos quais sendo opcionalmente substituído, n é 1 ou 2, A é uma ligação ou um grupo metileno ou etileno, e R~ 4~ é um grupo arila ou heteroarila, qualquer um dos dois sendo opcionalmente substituído), que têm afinidade por receptores serotoninérgicos. These compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable enantiomers, diastereoisomers, piperazine N-oxides, polymorphs, solvates and salts are useful in the treatment of patients with neuromuscular dysfunction of the lower urinary tract and diseases related to 5-HT 1A receptor activity.
