These compounds and their enantiomers, diastereoisomers, N-piperazine oxides, polymorphs, solvates and pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful in treating patients with neuromuscular dysfunction in the lower urinary tract and diseases associated with 5-HTift receptor activity.
