Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMENTO EM LINHA DE METAL LìQUIDO POR VIA GASOSA E POR FILTRAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (1) de tratamento de um fluxo de metal líquido que compreende uma panela de tratamento (2) que compreende meios de conexão (11, 12, 13, 14) a pelo menos uma calha de alimentação (15) com metal líquido e a pelo menos uma calha de evacuação (16) do metal líquido, meios de injeção (22, 22a, 22b) de um gás de tratamento dentro do metal líquido dispostos em pelo menos uma parede lateral (32, 33) da panela (2) e situados na parte a montante (23) do compartimento de tratamento (20) da panela (2), e pelo menos um primeiro meio de filtração (40) em sua parte a jusante (24). Os meios de entrada e de saída do metal líquido compreendem cada um deles pelo menos um orifício (9, 10) que é posicionado de maneira a se encontrar inteiramente sob o nível (26) do metal líquido por ocasião do tratamento, a fim de impedir a introdução de ar ambiente dentro do compartimento em decorrer de tratamento. Esse dispositivo é compacto e permite tratar por via gasosa e por filtração um fluxo de metal líquido que circula em calhas.
