Abstract

"MéTODO PARA VERIFICAR A CONFIABILIDADE DE UM LINK DE COMUNICAçãO". Trata-se de técnicas para atenuar os efeitos do desequilíbrio de link no uplink entre um terminal (ou UE) e várias estações base (ou Nó de Bs) . Sob um aspecto, a estação base servidora (isto é, a designada para transmitir dados de pacote ao terminal) monitora a SNR de uplink recebida para cada terminal designado para receber a transmissão dos dados de pacote. A estação base servidora determina em seguida, com base na SNR de uplink recebida e em um limite de SNR, se ou não o desequilíbrio de link existe potencialmente para cada terminal. Sob outro aspecto, se for determinado que o desequilíbrio de link existe potencialmente, então, é efetuado um estabelecimento de comunicação tridirecional para se verificar a confiabilidade do mecanismo de realimentação utilizado na transmissão de dados de pacote. Em resposta, medidas apropriadas podem ser tomadas com base no resultado da verificação.
