Abstract

"TENSOATIVOS DE SILICONE RETARDANTES DE FOGO PARA USO EM ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO SOPRADAS COM GáS INERTE". é descrito um método de produção de espuma de poliuretano em que o método compreende: um método de produção de espuma de poliuretano que compreende: A) preparação de uma mistura que compreende: (1) um poliéter poliol que contém em média mais de dois grupos hidroxila por molécula, (2) um poliisocianato orgânico, (3) pelo menos um catalisador para a produção de espumas de poliuretano, (4) água e (5) um tensoativo; em que o tensoativo compreende uma composição de silicone e poliéter da fórmula: R-Si(CH~ 3~)~ 2~O-{Si(CH~ 3~)~ 2~O-}~ x~-{SiCH~ 3~R^ 1^O-}~ a~-{SiCH~ 3~R^ 2^O-}~ b~{SiCH~ 3~R^ 3^O-}~ c-{SiCH~ 3~R^ 4^O-}~ d~-Si(CH~ 3~)~ 2~-R; ou da fórmula: R-Si(CH~ 3~)~ 2~O-{SiCH~ 3~RO}~ m~-(SiCH~ 3~{O-(SiCH~ 3~RO)~ m~-Si(CH~ 3~)~ 2~R}O)~ n~-{SiCH~ 3~RO}~ m~-{Si(CH~ 3~)~ 2~-R; em que R^ 1^, R^ 2^ e R^ 3^ São polialquileno óxido poliéteres da fórmula: -B-C~ n~H~ 2n~O-(C~ 2~H~ 4~O)~ e~-(C~ 3~H~ 6~O)~ f~(C~ 4~H~ 8~O)~ g~Z; em que R^ 1^ possui peso molecular médio de mistura na faixa de cerca de 3000 a cerca de 6000 gramas/mol e óxido de etileno encontra-se em cerca de 20 a cerca de 60% em peso do teor de óxido de alquileno do poliéter; R^ 2^ possui peso molecular médio de mistura na faixa de cerca de 800 a cerca de 2900 e óxido de etileno encontra-se em cerca de 20 a cerca de 60% em peso do teor de óxido de alquileno do poliéter; R^ 3^ possui peso molecular médio de mistura na faixa de cerca de 130 a cerca de 800 gramas/mol e óxido de etileno encontra-se em O a cerca de 75% em peso do teor de óxido de alquileno do poliéter; R^ 4^ é um grupo C~ 1~ a C~ 12~ alquila, alcarila ou arila substituído ou não substituído; B é derivado de uma porção capaz de sofrer hidrossilação; Z é selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste de hidrogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 8~ alquila ou porções aralquila, -C(O)Z^ 1^, -C(O)OZ^ 1^; em que Z^ 1^ representa porções C~ 1~-C~ 8~ alquila ou arila monofuncionais; cada R é selecionado independentemente a partir do grupo que consiste de R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^; x é 40 a 150; y é 5 a 40 e é igual a a + b + c + d; em que b ou c, mas não ambos, pode ser zero; d/(a + b + c) = 0 a 1; e a + b > 0; x/y <243> 10; m = 10 a 100; n <243> 4; e e, f e g são definidos pelo peso molecular exigido pelo poliéter; com a ressalva de que o teor total de etileno da estrutura de tensoativo é de menos de 37% em peso; e B) sopro da espuma de poliuretano com gás inerte pressurizado.
