Abstract
"MéTODOS DE PROVISãO DE UMA FUNçãO DE IMPEDIR A FIXAçãO DE ALUMINA E UMA FUNçãO DE REDUZIR INCLUSõES DE GRANDE TAMANHO EM PLACAS PARA UMA UNIDADE DE BOCAL PARA LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO E DE LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO DE AçO ACALMADO COM ALUMìNIO E UNIDADE DE BOCAL PARA LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO". A presente invenção apresenta uma técnica de aplicar um material contendo CaO a uma unidade de bocal para vazamento de aço acalmado com alumínio, de tal maneira que a proporção de inclusões de alumina de grande dimensão em placas pode ser reduzida indiferentemente ao tipo de bocal, tal como do tipo em uma única parte como do tipo em múltiplas partes. The ratio of large plate alumina inclusions obtained using a single part type nozzle unit or a multi part type nozzle unit having an internal bore therethrough to be used for pouring liquid steel from a mold distributor and CaO-containing refractories applied to an inner bore surface has a close correlation with the entire inner bore surface area of the nozzle unit and the proportion of CaO contained in the applied refractories. In accordance with the present invention, 50% or more of the entire inner hole surface area of the nozzle unit is formed of refractory containing 20% or more CaO to allow the proportion of large alumina inclusions to be reduced. .
