Abstract

"REDUTOR DE PRESSãO DE FLUXO VARIáVEL E SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE VáLVULA DE CONTROLE GRADUAL PARA UM MOTOR DE INJEçãO DE AR COMPRIMIDO OPERANDO EM MONO OU MULTIENERGIA E OUTROS MOTORES OU COMPRESSORES". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de válvula de fluxo variável e distribuição para motores por injeção de ar comprimido, compreendendo um tanque de ar comprimido de alta pressão e uma capacidade de amortecedor e operação em energia mono ou dupla com modo de suprimento duplo ou triplo. A dita invenção também compreende um sistema para controlar o percurso do pistão que pode ser usado para parar o dito pistão no ponto morto. Além do mais, o suprimento de ar no uso final da capacidade de amortecedor e o suprimento para os cilindros são assegurados por válvulas piloto. Os ressaltos das válvulas piloto acima mencionados, que são usados para controlar as barras de braço giratório, estão posicionadas diretamente nos flanges do eixo de manivela (14) e cada braço giratório pivota em volta de um eixo móvel (21) que pode se mover entre as suas duas extremidades, permitindo desse modo a mudança da razão da braço de alavanca que determina a elevação da válvula de acordo com o movimento da barra de braço giratório. A invenção é adequada para uso como uma válvula redutora de gás ou para sistemas de distribuição de motor e compressores.
