Abstract
"MONITOR DE SITUAçãO DE EQUALIZADOR". Um sistema para o monitoramento da saída (28) de um equalizador de canal adaptativo (20) a fim de determinar se a convergência foi alcançada. Um divisor (29) amostra os dados do equalizador (20) durante um período predeterminado. Os dados de saída (30) do divisor (29) são enviados para um microprocessador (31) a fim de aplicar um padrão de teste aos dados do divisor. Por exemplo, se um de cada símbolo transmitido possível for detectado pelo microprocessador (31), a convergência é considerada como tendo ocorrido. Se o critério de teste não for correspondido, um sinal de reconfiguração (32) é enviado para o equalizador (20).
