Abstract

"MéTODO A CULTURA CONTìNUA DOS MICROORGANISMOS ANAERóBICOS". Em um método para a cultura contínua de microorganismos anaeróbicos cuja população de células ativas é mantida constante, quando a fermentação estiver operando continuamente, alimentando substrato e alcalino alternadamente, a concentração de glicose residual do líquido da cultura pode ser controlada alimentando o substrato cuja taxa seja igual à taxa de consumo de alcalino.
