Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM INVóLUCRO PARA UMA TAMPA DE LATA, TAMPA PARA USO EM UMA LATA DE ALUMìNIO, E, APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR UM INVóLUCRO PARA UMA TAMPA DE LATA". Um método e aparelho para produzir invólucros de tampa em prensas de matriz, com a adição de um anel de formação (118) dentro do conjunto de matriz. O anel de formação (118) é colocado entre o bloco de estiramento (14) e centro de matriz (16), e é usado para aplicar uma força no material durante o processo de formação de tampa de invólucro. O uso deste aparelho reduz a quantidade de força que deve ser aplicada no bloco de estiramento para reter o material entre o anel de núcleo de matriz e o bloco de estiramento durante o processo de formação. Diminuindo a força precisada para reter o material durante o processo de formação, a probabilidade de enrugamento ou rachadura do material durante o processo de formação é grandemente reduzida.
