Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO COMPREENDENDO SìLICA COLOIDAL E FOLHAS PARA GRAVAçãO DE JATO DE TINTA BRILHANTE PREPARADAS A PARTIR DESTA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de revestimento compreendendo sílicas coloidais com baixo teor de sódio e folhas para a gravação de jato de tinta preparadas a partir de tais revestimentos. O revestimento compreende ligante e sílica coloidal tendo preferivelmente um tamanho médio de partícula na faixa de cerca de 1 a 300 nm e o qual tem uma razão de sólidos para metal alcalino de pelo menos a soma de AW(-0,013SSA+9), AW sendo o peso atómico do metal alcalino presente na sílica coloidal e SSA sendo a área superficial específica da sílica. Foi constatado que se o teor de metal alcalino, por exemplo, sódio da sílica coloidal for reduzido os revestimentos preparados a partir de tal sílica coloidal e aplicados aos suportes de folha para gravação de jato de tinta convencional fornece um brilho especular de pelo menos 30 a 60<198>C., mesmo em uma razão relativamente alta de sólidos de sílica para sólidos de ligante de 1:1 ou maior.
