Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA TRATAMENTO DE SINGáS E PARA MANUFATURA DE PRODUTOS DO SINGáS". Singás não reagido, contendo CO~ 2~ do reator de síntese Fischer-Tropsch, de um reator de síntese de metanol ou de uma conversão de singás duplamente funcional, é purificado com um meio aquoso para absorver pelo menos parte do CO~ 2~. Pelo menos uma parte do singás exaurido de CO~ 2~ não reagido é então reciclada para o reator. O meio aquoso contendo CO~ 2~ absorvido é tratado para dessorver CO~ 2~. Uma corrente enriquecida com CO~ 2~ e uma corrente exaurida de CO~ 2~ são recuperadas. Uma parte da corrente enriquecida com CO~ 2~ pode ser reciclada para um gerador de singás, enquanto outra parte é dissolvida em uma fase aquosa e descartada em um ambiente marinho e/ou uma formação terrestre. A corrente exaurida de CO~ 2~ preferivelmente é usada no purificador para absorver CO~ 2~ do singás não-reagido. O processo reduz a quantidade de CO~ 2~ liberado para dentro da atmosfera, enquanto melhorando a eficiência total do processo de conversão de singás.
