Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PRODUTO DE SAL COMESTìVEL, PRODUTO E COMPOSIçãO DE SAL COMESTìVEL". A presente invenção proporciona um produto de sal comestível, de fluxo livre, granulado, compreendendo pelo menos 96% em peso de cloreto de sódio de tamanho de partícula principal inferior a 200 mícrons, cerca de 0,6% em peso de íons de cálcio e/ou magnésio presentes como os cloretos e/ou sulfatos dos mesmos, cerca de 6% em peso de umidade, pelo menos 30 ppm de iodo presente como sal contendo iodo e, opcionalmente outros sais edíveis, vitaminas, minerais e agentes aromatizantes. A process for the production of salt product is also provided. The salts of the invention have good salty taste, a beneficial concentration of iodine and good flow properties. The invention also provides salt compositions comprising the salt product and at least one additional salt.
