Abstract

"APARELHO DE VEDAçãO PARA VEDAçãO DE EMPACOTADORES CONTENDO CONJUNTOS DE PRODUTOS CILìNDRICOS ARRANJADOS EM FEIXES". Um aparelho de vedação (1) para vedação de empacotadores contendo conjuntos de produtos cilindricos (3) arranjados em feixes compreende: uma mesa (4) para suportar os produtos (3) repousando nas suas bases; um par de transportadores contínuos (5) com eixo vertical reagindo um contra o outro de maneira a apertar firmemente os produtos (3) entre eles; alimentá-los para diante ao longo da mesa de suporte (4); um conjunto de meios trocadores de calor (13A; 13B) e um conjunto de meios (13C) para comprimir o empacotador (2); e meios de tensionamento de recuo (10, 16, 17) para as correias sem-fim (7). Os transportadores (5) possuem dois cilindros (6), ambos motor de acionamento. Eles também possuem meios de tensionamento de recuo elásticos conectados à ramificação ativa (8), de maneira que ela é recuada em uma direção (11) transversal ao plano em que ela encontra-se e pode automaticamente configurar a si própria de tal maneira que ela iguala o contorno dos produtos opostos a ela.
