Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA A SUBSTITUIçãO DE UMA PORçãO DAS CAMISAS DA CâMARA DE COMBUSTãO". Um método permite a substituição de uma camisa (40) da câmara de combustão de um motor de turbina a gás. A câmara de combustão apresenta uma zona de combustão (36) formada por camisas interna e externa (42 e 44). Cada uma das camisas interna e externa incluem uma série de painéis (50) e pelo menos uma dentre as camisas interna e externa inclui um suporte anterior (120) acoplado a uma extremidade anterior da camisa. O método compreende cortar através de pelo menos uma camisa interna e externa da câmara de combustão a montante do suporte anterior da camisa, remover o suporte anterior da camisa da câmara de combustão da câmara de combustão, e instalar um suporte anterior de substituição na câmara de combustão de tal forma que o suporte anterior da camisa se estenda para traz a partir da porção (144) da camisa da câmara de combustão que está a montante do corte.
