Abstract

"MéTODO PARA SUBSTITUIR PAINéIS DE REVESTIMENTO DE COMBUSTOR COM PROTUBERâNCIAS". Um método de substituição facilita a substituição de uma parte de um revestimento de combustor com protuberâncias (40) dentro de um combustor de motor de turbina a gás (30) em uma maneira económica e segura. O combustor inclui uma zona de combustão (36) que é definida por um revestimento interno e um externo (42, 44). Os revestimento interno e externo incluem uma série de painéis (50) e uma pluralidade de protuberâncias (92) formados por painéis adjacentes. O método inclui as etapas de cortar entre uma superfície externa (82) e uma superfície interna (80) de pelo menos um painel de revestimento através de pelo menos uma protuberância, remover pelo menos um painel que é adjacente à área do revestimento que foi cortado, e instalar um painel de substituição dentro do combustor para cada painel que foi removido do combustor.
