Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE ESPìRITOS AROMATIZADOS BASEADOS EM SEMENTES DE FRUTA, E DISPOSITIVO PARA ESTE". A invenção se refere a um método para fabricação de um espírito aromatizado baseado em sementes de fruta, caracterizado em que referido método compreende uma primeira etapa que consiste em torrefação das sementes, seguida por uma etapa de condicionamento de referidas sementes, que consiste na mistura dos produtos derivados das sementes moldas com pelo meios um líquido, e, em seguida, aquecimento com vapor da mistura resultante. Referido método, quando ele inclui etapas adicionais de maceração e destilação, capacita a produção de espíritos aromatizados de cacau ou café.
