"SISTEMAS E MéTODOS PARA SENSORAMENTO E USINAGEM AUTOMATIZADOS PARA REPARAçãO DE AEROFóLIOS DE LâMINAS". Onde é descrito um método para reparação de um aerofólio (34) compreendendo a criação de um passo nominal de ferramenta controlado numericamente baseado em um formato nominal do aerofólio (34), medindo o aerofólio (34) com o uso de um sensor de deslocamento (66), capturando as diferenças no formato do aerofólio (34) quando comparadas com o formato nominal, criando um mapa tridimensional pela sincronização das coordenadas x, y, e z e leituras do sensor (66), modificando o passo de ferramenta com base em um mapa tridimensional, e usinando o aerofólio (34); um sistema para medir e usinar um aerofólio (34) compreendendo um computador (60) operável para aquisição de dados e geração de passo de ferramenta controlado numericamente, uma máquina (62) numericamente controlada, um suporte (64) de ferramenta de corte que compreende uma pluralidade de ferramentas de corte (68), e uma sonda sensora de deslocamento (66).
