Abstract

"APARELHO DE DESCIDA". Trata-se de um aparelho portátil de descida (1) para ser utilizado na execução de uma descida controlada de um corpo de uma posição elevada, por exemplo, de um edifício de múltiplos andares, o qual compreende, em combinação, uma estrutura de sustentação (2) que tem uma base substancialmente planar (3) e suportes de extremidade de sustentação verticais (4, 5), um eixo mecânico fixo (6) que se estende entre os ditos suportes de extremidade, um cilindro rotativo (7) montado coaxialmente no dito eixo mecânico e dotado de um dispositivo para a fixação de uma extremidade de um cabo flexível (17) ao mesmo, sendo que o cilindro (7) tem fixado a uma extremidade do mesmo um conjunto de freio a disco operado com precisão controlável manual ou remotamente e à sua outra extremidade um controlador de velocidade de descida acionado por engrenagem que compreende um membro anular dentado (13) que engrena com um pinhão (19) acionando um conjunto de freio centrífugo (12), sendo que o cabo flexível (17) tem uma extremidade fixada ao dito cilindro e a outra extremidade (16) do mesmo tem um dispositivo de ancoragem para prender o cabo em uma posição fixa (18), e um primeiro dispositivo de empunhadura (15) fixado à estrutura de sustentação (2) adjacente ao dito conjunto de freio a disco e dotado de um dispositivo (11) para controlar manual ou remotamente o efeito de frenagem do conjunto de freio a disco, e um segundo dispositivo de empunhadura (14) fixado à estrutura de sustentação (2) adjacente ao dito controlador de velocidade de descida, em que o arranjo é tal que, em uso, o aparelho pode ser preso ao se utilizar os dois dispositivos de empunhadura (14, 15) com a base planar (3) posicionados contra o corpo descendente.
