Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MELHORIA DA PRODUTIVIDADE DE UMA OFICINA DE SOLDA". Um método de gerenciamento ou de controle de uma oficina de soldagem à arco elétrico, na qual vários maçaricos de solda (10) são empregados, cada um alimentado com pelo menos um arame consumível (11), cada arame consumível (11) se movendo a uma velocidade de arame (V) e estando sujeito a uma corrente elétrica de intensidade (I), no qual, para cada maçarico (10) , pelo menos um valor de velocidade de arame (V) representativo da velocidade média na qual cada arame (11) é alimentado para cada maçarico (10) por um dado período (T) é determinado por meio de um sensor de velocidade, ou pelo menos um valor de intensidade (I) da corrente representativo da corrente média à qual cada arame (11) está sujeito pelo dado período (T) é determinado por meio de um sensor de corrente, e pelo menos um parâmetro de produtividade escolhido a partir do fator de carga (DF) e da taxa de deposição (DR) para cada maçarico (10) da oficina e/ou, opcionalmente, o valor médio desses parâmetros, para todos os maçaricos da oficina, é determinado a partir de pelo menos cada valor de velocidade (V) do arame (11) ou cada valor de intensidade (I) da corrente elétrica obtido na etapa (a).
