Abstract

"TRATAMENTO DE COSTURA DE ELEMENTO FORMADOR DE IMAGEM FLEXìVEL APERFEIçOADO". A invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento de uma costura de elemento formador de imagem flexível compreendendo ligação de um filme polimérico termoplástico do elemento formador de imagem flexível, após colocação do filme na costura. O filme é ligado por aquecimento ao filme acima de uma temperatura de transição vítrea de pelo menos um de um polímero termoplástico, do qual o filme é feito, e de um polímero, do que uma camada formadora de imagem do elemento formador de imagem flexível é feita. O filme pode ser formado em um substrato removível, flexível. O tratamento de acordo com as modalidades aperfeiçoa, significativamente, as propriedades físicas da região da costura, reduzindo, bastante, a fissuração e a deslaminação resultantes das tensões de encurvamento induzidas pelo atravessamento dos cilindros.
