Abstract

"AGULHA ANTI-RECHAçO PARA UM INJETOR DE COMBUSTìVEL E INJETOR DE COMBUSTìVEL". Uma válvula de agulha anti-rechaço para um injetor de combustível, na qual a agulha incorpora inerentemente a característica anti-rechaço. A agulha possui um exterior configurado convencionalmente para interfacear com uma sede de válvula_e um corpo de ponta de um injetor de combustível convencional. A agulha se caracteriza por um corpo de agulha que possui uma cavidade interna que é enchida com granalha de pequeno diâmetro, de preferência granalha de carboneto de tungstênio geralmente esférica. Em operação, quando a agulha incide sobre a sede de válvula_no final de um processo de injeção de combustível, a granalha faz com que a colisão da agulha com a sede de válvula seja inelástica, deste modo eliminando rechaço de agulha.
