Abstract
"PROCESSO APLICADO NA FABRICAçãO DE BEBIDA NãO ALCOóLICA A PARTIR DA OBTENçãO DE UM XAROPE". O aludido processo tem por objetivo o preparo de um suco ou bebida refrigerante, a partir do emprego de um produto/base, formado por um "xarope" que emprega como ingredientes, 1 kg. de açúcar refinado ou não, 500 ml. de vinagre escuro, do tipo usado no preparo de saladas, 250 ml. de água potável e 50 g. de hortelã, ingredientes esses que são misturados manualmente no interior de um recipiente de preferência de inox, face a acidez do vinagre e levados ao fogo brando por um período de 10 a 15 minutos, sendo em seguida peneirados e colocados em repouso por um período de 24 horas (um dia). Passado esse tempo, esse "xarope" é diluído em 3 litros de água potável, quando recebe o conservante previamente escolhido e de uso comum, respeitando-se as proporções indicadas pelo fabricante e o tempo de validade. Efetuadas essas operações processa-se o engarrafamento e a rotulagem dessa bebida, a qual é colocada a venda. O produto/base (xarope) poderá ser guardado por um longo período em recipiente de inox fechado e protegido em lugar seco e ventilado, podendo ser retirado a medida em que for sendo preparada a bebida ou o suco em causa."PROCESS APPLIED FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE FROM OBTAINING A SYRUP". The aforementioned process aims to prepare a juice or soda drink, using a product / base, formed by a "syrup" that uses as ingredients, 1 kg. of refined or unrefined sugar, 500 ml. of dark vinegar, of a kind used for salad preparation, 250 ml. of drinking water and 50 g. These ingredients are mixed by hand in a stainless steel container, preferably in the face of the acidity of the vinegar and simmered for 10 to 15 minutes, then sieved and put to rest for a period of 10 minutes. 24 hours (one day). After this time, this "syrup" is diluted in 3 liters of drinking water, when it receives the previously chosen and commonly used preservative, respecting the proportions indicated by the manufacturer and the shelf life. After these operations are carried out the bottling and labeling of this drink, which is put up for sale. The product / base (syrup) may be stored for a long time in a closed and protected stainless steel container in a dry and ventilated place and may be removed as the beverage or juice is prepared.
