Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO PARA MOLDAGEM DE PARTES COM PAREDES FINAS, E TUBO DE APERTAR MOLDADO à INJEçãO FEITO DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a composições para moldagem à injeção de tubos de apertar, longos de uma peça, de paredes finas, incluindo polietileno de baixa densidade tendo uma densidade menor do que aproximadamente 0,925 g/cc e um índice de fusão de pelo menos aproximadamente 50 g/10 minutos, e polipropileno tendo um índice de fusão alto maior do que aproximadamente 800 9/10 minutos, onde o alto índice de fusão é atingido pela degradação do peróxido do polipropileno durante o processamento da fusão. As composições podem também incluir um polímero que é miscível e compatível com o polietileno de baixa densidade e polipropileno para melhorar o fluxo da composição de moldagem no molde, o polímero tendo uma temperatura de transição vítrea T~ g~ de aproximadamente -20 a 40<198>C, e/ou uma resina de metaloceno tendo uma densidade menor do que aproximadamente 0,915 g/cc.
